PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:
New Deluxe Wall Primer Sealer is a solvent based primer specially formulated to provide excellent alkali resistance. It is a primer with good adhesion property. The primer forms and excellent barrier coat against alkalinity for both new and already painted walls and gives a good surface for the painted of subsequent top coat.
APPLICATION New Masonry Surfaces:
Bare masonry surfaces should be completely dry and free from dust, dirt and grease. Use a bleach solution to treat the surface affected by fungus. Apply one coat of New Deluxe wall primer sealer and allow thorough۔
SAFETY, PRECAUTIONS & HEALTH HAZARDS:
Clean up all equipment with white spirit or mineral turpentine oil immediately after use.
Keep out of reach of children and way from food and drink.
Harmful by inhalation. if swallowed, Seek medical advice immediately.
Ensure good ventilated during application and drying.
Do not breathe in vapor or sanding dust Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
When applying primer, it is advisable to wear eye protection in case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
Wear protective clothing and mask while applying the primer use soap and water to clean the splashes from skin. Primer must always be stored in a cool and dry place.
Care must be taken while transporting the primer. Always keep container in a secure upright position.
Use sand to contain and spillage. Dispose on primer in accordance with the appropriate Environmental Quality Regulations.
Do not discharge into drains or environment.

HOW TO USE:
Direction for Use:
Thinning by Volume
Brush/Roller : Dilute 10-20% with white spirit or mineral turpentine oil.
Conventional : Dilute 15-20% with white spirit or mineral Air Spray Turpentine oil.
Any loose and flaking paint film must be scraped off.
Defective areas should be sanded and smothened.
The entire surface must finally by dry and free from dirt, grease and other contaminants.
The scraped areas should be primed with New Deluxe Wall Primer Sealer prior to painting.
Severely Defected Surface:
Masonry work is recommended to repair large creaks and holes.
Allow to dry thoroughly.
Prime with New Deluxe Wall Primer Sealer.
Fill with New Deluxe Acrylic wall putty.
Scuff to make smooth and dust off thoroughly.
