NEW DELUXE WATER BASED MATT:

NEW DELUXE WATER BASED MATT is an anti-fungal paint of premium quality. It is recommended for interior & exterior walls, wood & metal. Easy to apply, this paint forms a luxurious smooth matt finish that is highly washable. With excellent stain-resisting properties. it is extremely suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, corridors and staircases.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

SURFACES WALLS:

Bare masonry surfaces should be completely dry and free from dirt and grease. Use a bleach solution to treat the surface effected by fungus. Apply NEW DELUXE WALL PRIMER SEALER and allow through drying. Sand and dust off. Smoothen the surface by applying 2-3 coats of NEW DELUXE PUTTY. Sand and dust off thoroughly.

WOOD:

Wood must be dry and free from dirt, grease and other contaminants. Smoothen the surface with sandpaper. Clean off and dry.

METAL:

Surface must be dry and free from dirt, grease and other contaminants. Ferrous substrate should be sanded or wire-brushed to remove mill scales and rust. Clean off and dry.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

• Stir well before use.
• Application can be done by brush, roller or spray.
• Thin (by volume) up to 10-15% with clear water for brush or roller application, 15-20% for conventional air spray.
• Clean up all equipment with tap water immediately after use.

• Avoid contact with eyes and skin. When applying paint it is advisable to wear eye protection. In case of contact with eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
• Keep container in a well ventilated place.
• Care must be taken while transporting the paint. Always keep container in a secure, upright position.
• Keep away from food, drink and animal feeding stuff.
• If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately.
• Use sand to contain the spillage. Dispose of paint in accordance with the appropriate Environmental Quality Regulations.
